Borrow in Swiss francs or euros?
The franc is cheaper, but exposes you to exchange rates if you leave Switzerland. Compare both mortgages, and what happens if your income goes back to euros.

What if you leave Switzerland?
Your income becomes euros, your payment stays in francs: if the franc rises, so does your payment.
The franc makes sense if you stay in Switzerland for most of the loan. Otherwise the euro costs more but holds no surprises. A franc mortgage can be refinanced in euros along the way, at a cost.
A franc mortgage is not open to everyone: see the conditions.
